Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

Nudge is an AI coaching product for LeetCode-style coding interview practice, delivered through a website and a Chrome extension. Nudge reads context from supported problem pages and provides hints, feedback, and adaptive coaching intended to help you build problem-solving skill. Nudge is designed to give hints and guided feedback rather than complete, ready-to-submit solutions, and the quality, accuracy, and availability of coaching responses may vary and are not guaranteed.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

Some features require an account, created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Nudge offers a Free tier with limited usage and a Pro tier priced at $9 per month. Pro unlocks expanded usage and features described on the Services at the time of purchase. Feature and pricing details may change going forward; if we change the price of your active subscription, we will provide notice before the change takes effect.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Nudge does not collect or store your payment-card details; Stripe handles that information under its own terms. By subscribing, you authorize Nudge, via Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period you already paid for, after which it will not renew and your account reverts to the Free tier. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused time.

We may suspend or limit access to Pro features if a payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period.

5. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your own conduct while using the Services, including your compliance with LeetCode's terms of use, any applicable employer, school, or interview policies, and any academic- or interview-integrity rules that apply to you. Nudge is built to provide hints and guided feedback rather than complete solutions, but how and where you use that assistance (including during a live interview, assessment, or academic exercise) is your responsibility, not Nudge's.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to violate any law, third-party terms of service, or academic- or interview-integrity policy
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, prompts, or source code of the Services
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Services, or attempt to bypass usage limits or authentication
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Services to third parties without our permission
• Use the Services to develop a competing product or to train a competing model
• Upload or submit content through the Services that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including the Nudge website, extension, branding, and underlying software, are owned by Nudge Technologies, Inc. and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal interview-preparation purposes.

You retain any rights you already hold in content you submit to the Services, such as code you write. By submitting content, you grant us a license to process that content solely as needed to operate and provide the Services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers; No Warranty

THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY AI-GENERATED HINTS, FEEDBACK, OR COACHING RESPONSES, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, INCLUDING PASSING A SPECIFIC INTERVIEW OR ASSESSMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUDGE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $50.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Services. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice, such as an in-product notification or email, before it takes effect. Continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
